5 Stars Do It
If you have struggled with sticking with your wonderful eat healthy and exercise idea to lose weight, this book is definitely for you. The first few days are of course going to be a struggle but if you stick to it, the results will come. This is a regime, not a fancyful idea. You must drive yourself to stick to it. Dr Ian’s writing style and the information he includes in the book are really all you will need, along with obivously, your willpower. You will love this book!

3 Stars Ladies and Gentlemen: Be Prepared to feel hungry
This is not the book or diet for me. If you want results, I’m sure you’ll find them in this book, however, not without paying the price of feeling like you’re not eating enough.
Good premise to the book, you will develop good lifestyle choices and you will gain a keen understanding of eating in general.
But for me on a personal level, this book didn’t dictate to my particular needs.

5 Stars Great idea for weight loss and changing your mindset.
This book is great, not only did I lose the 12 pounds in 3 weeks that he said I could, but I was able to gain a new mindset. Even after you complete your 3 weeks and lost you’re weight, just by doing the diet you’re prepared to eat foods that aren’t on the diet. I think that if you are not only ready to lose weight, but gain a new outlook on eating, then this is a great book. I highly reccomend it for anyone. I didn’t even exercise and I lost the 12 lbs. I’m not encouraging that, I’m just saying that’s how good this book is.
Another great thing about it is that most diet books what you to get all these foods to do the diet, this diet works with food that most people have. Rice, meat, veggies and fruit.
